Our Team
Jason Blackford
Founder & Reservoir Engineer
Jason has over 15 years of experience in reservoir engineering, corporate reserves, and business development. He has a proven track record supporting acquisitions, divestitures, RBL redeterminations, and year-end audits with extensive Aries expertise, strong data analytics skills (SQL, Spotfire), and extensive work throughout the Rockies. He is known for integrating public and proprietary datasets into live dashboards and streamlining due diligence and evaluation workflows. He also has experience in energy banking, public and private E&P, and non-op entities.
Rachel Blackford
Marketing & Administrative Director
Rachel has more than 10 years of marketing and business administration experience including graphic design, web design, social media strategy, proposal development, event planning, association management, and corporate philanthropic efforts. She has 4 years of oil and gas experience focused in land administration.
